I think stress will be the main factor for me in aging. The amount of stress we go through here in the U.S. is absolutely astounding. The work you have to do on your own with just keeping up with everything on a day-to-day basis is enough to drive you insane. Unless you start managing stress, you will definitely feel older than you are. Taking a stress management class was perfect for me. They instruct you on how to relax, mastering breathing techniques, listening to serene sounds of the sea or music. The one thing that I liked best among the tips provided us was to take a vacation. A vacation that could relax you, not one where you have to rush all the time to see everything and anything that the tourists visit.

Although the plane fare amounts these days are totally ridiculous, I’ve managed to find a way to go to a place where I could explore and relax at the same time. I’ve heard so many excellent stories about Montreal and it’s only a skip and a jump from where I am. I’ve already started to book a Montreal Hotel to stay in for the Memorial Weekend holiday. It’s is closer than Europe but the architecture and the people resembles Europe. It may not be an equal but it is pretty close.

If you need a stress reliever, and all other options seem unreasonable, think about traveling. It’s good for the soul, it’s good for your body. Relax, meet new people and see places you’ve never seen before. If traveling can prevent you from aging – why not? Visit the places you would most want to visit. It could definitely do you a world of good.
